Mr Sandeep Gupta - Responsible Individual
Proprietor of Care Homes in Wales and England experienced in Nursing Care, Dementia Care, Service user Residential Care. Registered Individual with Care Inspectorate Wales.
Moira Jones - Area Manager
Moira has her Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Level 5 in Management and also holds Diplomas in Care and Management. Moira is a qualified counsellor and originally qualified as a Social Worker. Moira has many years’ experiences in care and previously worked as a Regulatory Inspector for NCSC, CSCI and CQC. Moira has also previously been employed in an Area Manager role for corporate care companies.
Joanne Mannering - Manager
Joanne has many years care experience and has worked in management for many years. Joanne has achieved her level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Ashley Jones - Finance Officer
Ashley has worked for the company for several years.
We employ a trainee officer in charge as succession planning is an important aspect of our development as a company and the qualitative care and support that we aspire to provide residents with. We also employ senior care staff and a core team of care staff who work both days and nights as Chestnut House provides twenty-four hour care. Supporting the care and management team are our ancillary team consisting of a home administrator, activity co-ordinator, kitchen and domestic staff and a maintenance person. Chestnut House Healthcare Group also employs a Regional Maintenance person.
