Mr Sandeep Gupta - Responsible Individual
Proprietor of Care Homes in Wales and England experienced in Nursing Care, Dementia Care, Service user Residential Care. Registered Individual with Care Inspectorate Wales.
Moira Jones - Area Manager
Moira holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Management, along with Diplomas in Care and Management.
She is a qualified counsellor and originally trained as a social worker, bringing many years of experience in the care sector.
Moira has served as a Regulatory Inspector for NCSC, CSCI, and CQC and has held the position of Area Manager for various corporate care companies.
Debbie Shellshear – Registered Manager
Debbie has over 40 years of experience in health care, primarily within the Wrexham area.
She has established strong relationships with social services and other healthcare professionals, enhancing the support available to our residents.
Her background includes roles such as medical records clerk, clerk of wages for Clwyd Health Authority at Maelor General Hospital, and nursing auxiliary in an acute elderly ward.
Debbie has also served as an ambulance woman/driver for Clwyd Ambulance and North Wales Ambulance Service.
As a Registered Manager for her own care home, she successfully expanded it from 17 to 37 beds, overseeing operations for four years before joining The White House in 2015.
She holds the Registered Managers Award (RMA) from 2005, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership of Health and Social Care Services (Adults Residential Management) from 2016, and a Level 3 Diploma in Dementia Care from 2017.
Debbie is also a Six Steps trainer at the care home, offering ongoing training in end-of-life care in collaboration with Macmillan nurses.
She is a registered member of Social Care Wales and has recently been nominated for the Care Home Manager of the Year 2023 award at The British Care Awards in Cardiff.
Together, Moira and Debbie lead our team in delivering high-quality care and ensuring a supportive environment for all residents.
